Gâteau aux noix mouillé au Marsala
















INGRÉDIENTS

150 gr de noix de Grenoble ( AOC)
150 gr de sucre
3 oeufs
125 gr de beurre
50 gr de farine
50 gr de maizena
5 cl de Marsala
3 gr de levure



PRÉPARATION


Casser les noix, séparer les blancs des jaunes.

Monter les blancs en neige avec une pincée de sel au Thermomix, réserver
Mixer les cerneaux de noix 10 sec vitesse 9, excepté qq un pour la déco, réserver
Faire le ruban en versant dans le bol le sucre et les oeufs 30 sec vitesse 3, ajouter le beurre mou, puis la farine, maizena et la levure ceci 2 mn vitesse 3
et 2 bouchons de Marsala, ajouter maintenant les noix mixées.

Ensuite dans un cul de poule incorporer délicatement l'appareil aux blancs en neige avce une spatule en bois...

BON APPÉTIT :-)

Au démoulage vous pouvez verser le reste de Marsala sur le gâteau, décorer avec les cerneaux de noix...
